I made a mistake on my personalisation, what do I do?
When placing an order we always ask that you double check any information for personalisation before checking out, as what you input is copied directly on to your item and changes cannot be made once in production. If you do notice a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible and Iwill do my best to amend your order before it has gone to cut, In the instance where a product has already been produced, there will be a charge to remake it and we can discuss this with you if necessary.
I received a damaged item what should I do?
All of the gifts are fully checked before sending out to you, to ensure they are of excellent quality. However on the rare occasion items can get damaged in transit. Should this happen, please email me with your order number and a photo of the item and we will look into this as soon as possible for you.
